On November 11th, UMP and FTLife Insurance co-hosted a " PowerUp Family Workshop" at The GalaMuse, located within K11 ATELIER. Ryan To, physiotherapist at ProCare, shared with over 140 participants health knowledge and tips concerning the issues of childhood flat feet and scoliosis. 

In addition to the educational discussion, Ryan demonstrated various stretching and flexibility exercises and invited parents and children to practice together, relieving the spinal pressure caused by poor sitting posture. Many parents sought the opportunity to seek Ryan's advice on children's physical growth and posture-related problems!
