Exercise can indeed improve health! Taking advantage of the rare sunny afternoon during the rainy season in June, 20 employees successfully participated in the "Smoke-free Run" virtual run organized by the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health. While enjoying the fresh air without masks, they encouraged everyone to embrace a smoke-free and healthy lifestyle.
