UMP held a Zentangle workshop in November. As a participant in the Joyful @ Healthy Workplace program, UMP is dedicated to providing a healthy and happy working environment to our team and caring about our colleagues’ mental and physical health. During the workshop, colleagues explored creative techniques to relieve stress and embraced the importance of slowing down in our busy lives. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, unwind, and enhance our wellness together.
