UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited was honoured with 3 awards at “Best HR Awards 2020” organized by CTgoodjobs, a leading online recruitment and employer branding solutions provider in Hong Kong. The awards represent a testament to the Group’s commitment in driving excellence in its people strategies and employer branding.
The Group bagged the “Best Employee Engagement Strategy Award – Platinum” in recognition of our excellence in setting out and implementing our unique people strategies which are effective in engaging our people to commit to work towards the Group’s goals and values. Our efforts towards identifying and managing talents, as well as offering development opportunities to our people were recognised with the “Best Talent Management Strategy Award – Gold”. Ms. Wendy Suen, People and Corporate Affairs Director of the Group, was awarded the “Excellent HR Professional Award” for her contribution to the Group by creating significant impacts in people management.
